Preschool Registration & Fees

All registrations require a $50 annual membership fee. New families are also required to pay for a one month deposit. This deposit will be used to cover your September enrollment and is non refundable.

Fees are processed on the 1st of each month via Direct Deposit Payments, unless stated otherwise. Payment schedules are either January-June / September-June depending on your start date, preschool runs in term time only.

One calendar months notice is required if a child is withdrawn from the program or the following month will be charged.

There is no refund of fees for holidays or sick leave, or if a Statutory Holiday falls on a Preschool day. Public holidays and school holidays will be observed according to the Provincial School System, except in June and over Winter Break, when the last day of school will be determined by the Board and will vary from year to year.

There are about 6-7 Professional Developmental Days set up throughout the year. The teachers at Sunflower will attend courses, workshops or professional events to enhance practice and the quality of education at the school. These will be noted in advance on the school calendar.
